With our CSR 24 system you can sit at your desk or laptop after hours and process service request, report a claim or request a certificate of insurance.
We can also (for a small fee) license you with Employee Navigator. An excellent employee communication portal that allows you to communicate important regulatory information to your employees, benefit administration, PTO recording and many other employee administrative task.
